Policies

• Materials may be borrowed by anyone who has a valid library card from      Earle. A. Rainwater Memorial Library.
• A parent or guardian must sign for a child who is under 16 years of age.  The parent or guardian is responsible for the materials and overdue fines.
• A picture ID is required.  If the patron does not have an ID then proof of identification is required.
• Patrons must have their own card to check out their books.
• Books may be borrowed for a two week period and may be rechecked if there is no waiting list.
• First check out is limited to one book.
• No food or drinks allowed in the library.
• Overdue fines are $.05 per day/per book.
• The patron is responsible for all materials checked out on their card.
